But not to worry, if you wish to get continuous protection simply select the monthly protection plan. This type of plan will include a monthly automated scan and opt-out service from all data brokers listed on our Brands page.

Will I be notified when information about me is found?

We will update you on our progress within your control panel as well as through email notifications.

How can I cancel my monthly subscription?

You may cancel your monthly subscription plan at any time for any reason. Cancelling is fast and easy. To initiate a cancellation of your monthly subscription please use our automated Cancellation Form: Please be sure to include your username/email address as registered to your DeleteRecords monthly subscription account.

Will I receive a purchase confirmation?

Yes. You will receive a purchase confirmation email thanking you for your purchase and providing you with order information such as order number and registered information. You will also receive a separate email containing your login details such as username along with a link that may be used to reset your password.
