Parties who wish to delete their records from NeighborWho.com searches must do so through BeenVerified.
NeighborWho.com, and therefore BeenVerified, collect information from users outlined in their privacy agreement. There are three types of information collected by NeighborWho:
- Information that users submit to them, such as online applications for memberships, opt-out requests, search results, and customer service contact. The information can include the following:
- Email address
- Full name
- Company name
- Date of birth
- Password
- Mailing address
- Credit card information
- Name, age, and addresses that parties use to search for a subject

How to Opt Out of NeighborWho.com
NeighborWho.com offers a manual opt-out process managed by BeenVerified. Parties do not need to have a NeighborWho.com membership, and opting out is free of charge. On the NeighborWho.com site, parties are presented with the opt-out option, and are then redirected to BeenVerified's opt-out page. The opt-out process for NeighborWho.com is fairly straightforward:

Once redirected, select the button that reads 'Don't Sell My Info'
Search your information on BeenVerified using your current legal first and last name or the number, street, city, and state of one of your property addresses. The search may take a few minutes.
Find and select the record or records you want to make unavailable for purchase.
Enter your email address in the provided space and select "Send Verification Email", Verify using the link on the verification email.
BeenVerified does not sell or otherwise use email addresses provided in the opt-out process without the consent of the party. Email addresses are provided solely for opting out of having one's public records sold on NeighborWho.com. Typically, opt-out requests take about 24 hours to take effect.
